"I was seen by Dr. Lauren Payne a year ago and found out from another more attentive and caring doctor that I was misdiagnosed. When I saw Dr. Lauren last February, she came into the room, asked me what was going on, took a look at my scalp from about 2 feet away, without examining or touching my scalp and diagnosed me. I received a prescription and was sent on my way. Over the last year, my condition worsened and the medication didn't work and Dr. Lauren, nor the team from Eternal Dermatology followed up to check on my progress, which was unusual and disappointing. As expensive as this visit was, I deserved more than what I got. Thankfully I found adequate care elsewhere."

"I had a great experience in the office of Dr. Ife Rodney at Eternal Dermatology from entrance to exit. The office is clean, atmosphere is filled with calm and positive energy. The extras were definitely noticed. The music and diffuser are great touches. My initial interaction with the front desk staff was positive, pleasant. Alandra is professional welcoming and kind. Alandra explained the 'why' of whatever she asked me to do that may have been asked during online registration. I loved the communication! I was seen immediately. There was no unnecessary wait. My time was valued. My intake experience with Lotly, (sp), was amazing. As the Med Asst, she is a GREAT LISTENER! I felt heard and unrushed. She asked great follow up questions to get the details. Immediately, I began to feel comfortable and confident I was in the right place to get resolution to my issue after going months with no answers. Dr. Rodney did not disappoint. I could tell the tone of the office was definitely top down. Dr. Rodney is collaborative expert and reassuring. She had a clear understanding and plan of action that she completely conveyed clearly to me! She took the time to explain dispell and refute my fears and layman's assessments of my scalp and hair condition. Dr. Rodney described the medications and their uses. She even demonstrated how they should be applied. The conversation I had with Dr. Rodney is the best patient/physician interaction I have ever had. I've had good ones, but this one is THE BEST! Not only did I feel confident in her assessment and treatment plan, I also felt heard respected and cared for. She set the expectations of healing and was very direct and honest. Upon checking out, Helen made sure to ask the follow up questions to ensure accuracy in billing. Helen is kind and very helpful. Helen is thorough and very efficient! Helen asking questions instead of taking the Dr.'s notes and sending me on my way made a great visit PERFECT!! Overall, I was taken care of from beginning to end at this practice! THANK YOU ALL !! "I had a pleasant experience visiting Dr Rodney at Eternal Dermatology. I had been experiencing some skin and scalp issues and over the counter products were not working. I was able to call and schedule an appointment which was seamless. Dr Rodney educated me on what the issues were I was experiencing and was able to quickly call in several prescriptions to my pharmacy. She gave me thorough instructions on how to use the prescriptions and I am already noticing the skin and scalp issues resolving. The location was easy to access with ample parking and the office was clean and comfy. The staff were super pleasant and explained all policies to me in detail. I would definitely recommend Eternal Dermatology and will be using them for all of my dermatology concerns moving forward."

"I had an amazing experience at the Eternal Dermatology Aesthetics Center. Dr. Rodney was very personable and professional. She assured me that my DPN removal would not hurt and continued to let me know that it would be fun. She was right it didn’t hurt at all.
