"Terrible they wont even pick up the phone at the front desk this place is a continued failure Hopkins should not have its name associated with such terrible customer service. I love my doctor but unfortunately I will be moving on because the smug front desk team is incapable of doing there job or maybe the phones are really heavy and they get tired. (PS Im on hold right 15 mins in and if I drove down I know I would find a front desk with 4 people doing nothing and for sure not taking calls. At least this is what happened last time.)"

"I have been going to Johns Hopkins Community Physicians at Remington for almost nine years. The facilities are clean, parking is covered and free with validation, but most of all, the doctors and staff go above and beyond for their patients. They are quick to respond to messages, follow through when they say they are going to call you, and genuinely care. I just had my first baby four days ago and now bring him to the pediatrics department at Remington. It's wonderful to be able to get such great care so close to home."
"I will not be returning to this location. I had to schedule an annual pap-smear almost 6 weeks in advance. I had an emergency situation at work, which led me to be 15 minutes late to my appointment. I called the scheduling office to inform them that I would be late, and they did not hear back from my doctor. I arrived to my appointment at 3:02 (2:45 appt) and was told I was past the 15 min grace period. The front desk worker told me to sit in the back and wait for the doctor to determine if they could see me and of course I waited for 10 min and they said I had to reschedule. The next appointment isn’t until the end of June. I politely told them this experience left a BAD taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to them."
