"I showed up, followed directions, paid monies and was sent to pharmacy where prescription never came after waiting for an hour. Urgent care closed, of course, and I went entire night with no medicine. Additionally, sick people waiting should not be forced to listen to personal phone conversations of staff. Management should offer better guidance. Bad visit."

"Absolutely the worse experience, I unfortunately recommended my father to be seen here. The doctor misdiagnoses, the front desk charges incorrectly. After my father paid over $500, they said he didn’t pay and sent a bill multiple times. He has the receipt. I’ve requested a call from the office manager and of course have not received a call back. GO ELSEWHERE PLEASE. I’ve worked in the medical field over ten years, I’ve never experienced such poor care. I will 100% discontinue referring patients here."
