"I went to Tru Health Now Germantown after getting a bad allergic reaction. The urgent care facility I would normally go to was closed on Sundays, and Tru Health Now is open 7 days a week. I was able to make an appt online, and when I arrived, there was pretty much no wait time. The staff were friendly and compassionate, and I would go there again."

"I wish I could give zero stars. This was an utter waste of time and money. I went in for strep like symptoms. They tested me for upper respiratory illnesses and said I would receive results in 4 days. It’s been 2.5 weeks and I have called 3 times and still haven’t received results. It took a full week and 3 reminders for them to even send an antibiotic prescription. I’m not even sick anymore and I still have no information."

"I have a great review for Yoadan who served with great bedside manner! She was compassionate and caring going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. She did what no other tech/nurse did for me before, she prepared ahead of time with a large cuff to take my blood pressure as I actually experience pain when taking the blood pressure, but not today, today I felt cared for. I am thankful for the kindness she showed me. My second great review goes to Dr. Nehali, a wonderful doctor who’s been swing me for the last few years, this is the first I have the opportunity to speak about her great service toward me. Today she treated me to a response from a prior text discussing with me at large and addressing every concern I had. I felt welcomed and cared for. We even planned for my physical exam coming up in about a week, what will be discussed and what will happen at the appointment. Love a doctor that works with prevention."
