"They have a big sign in the waiting room "why wait in the ER" and yet I waited in the waiting room with a toddler for an hour and 20 minutes. People that came in after me, without children to keep quiet and in a seat, were brought back before me. I will never come here again. It's called express care for a reason and it's anything but express care."

"I liked how quick, kind and through everyone was. It was also nice how it was not very crowded and you weren't afraid of getting someone's else's sickness. Also, every person was very helpful to explain something you didn't understand even when you were leaving the facility. Each and every one was very pleasant even during this busy time of year when everyone is under so much pressure. I much appreciated everybody's dedication to their job."

"Why wait in the ER when you can wait just as long or longer here!” should be the new, updated marketing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours despite pre-scheduling my appointment online. If they are going to offer online scheduling then I can understand a 15 minute wait. Two hours and five minutes after arriving 10 minutes early as directed is not acceptable. As you can see, they weren’t exactly “standing room only” today, either. I’ve been coming to ExpressCare for almost 10 years. Probably time to check out other options."

"It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't have to wait long and they did a thorough examine and tests of my symptoms. I was even able to fill my prescription there! I'll be using them from now on and have already recommended them to my friends and family. I went on a Thursday around 5:30 p.m. and I was the only one there most of the time. I don't know how weekends are but weekdays are definitely less crowded."
