"The nurse practitioner who saw me was very cold and unwelcoming. During my visit, I felt as if she was being dismissive of my symptoms, and not offering any valid diagnoses or treatments. Will not be returning. Do not recommend."

"Worthless, friend had a bad reaction to wasp bite. showed up--the computer log in would not work and finally after 15 minutes, some rude woman shows up and said they were not taking appointments!? So went to urgent care on Potomac Station. They got my pal in and gave wonderful care. Gave him a shot of adrenaline and managed his progress for a half hour. Dr Pham was caring and Minute clinic wasted a lot of our time."

"Went in for a health screening for myself and Kathleen Youngman was awesome! Very nice and helpful as well as knowledgeable. She's a great asset. My wife went in two weeks later however, and someone else was working that day. She did everything she could to shew my wife away and avoid doing her job. If you go in, schedule with Kathleen. It's all in who you are dealing with."

"I was very happy with the treatment I received from the nurse practitioner. I knew I had either bronchitis or pneumonia. If I had gone to a typical urgent care I would have spent several hundred dollars to be seen. This was a practical alternative, I waited less than 15 minutes and the appointment was quick and painless. I was charged less than $100 and she gave me two rx’s, one for a strong antibiotic and a steroid to help me out with a brutal cough that was not allowing me to sleep. I’m extremely grateful because I hate paying a ridiculous amount of money just to get the prescription medication I knew I needed. I was taken seriously and treated with respect. That is more than I can say for my local urgent care who would have wanted to run x rays and strep test and anything else they could come up with to drive up my bill and increase their profit margin."

"Made an appt one hour in advance, gave me wait time of an hour and seven minutes and advised to show up 10 mins in advance. I do just that, wait until about 20 minutes after my appt time only to have the nurse come out and push my wait time 70 minutes more so she can go on lunch break. I left, asked her why they even take appts, I drove here from Purcellville and it was a 20-25 minute drive. Waste of time, joke of a service offering. Must be exactly what sick people want to do.....sit around CVS for 2-3 hours while they screw around with appointment times they don’t intend to keep anyways. There were 4 people waiting for service when I entered, by the time my appt was pushed 70 more minutes they had all left. JOKE."
