"I checked the store hours before I drove here and the store closes at 10pm. I get here before 9pm and the security guard locked the doors and said the store was closed. I told him "but the store closes at 10pm!!" And he said "sometimes we close early". Makes no sense to have store hours that this company does not adhere to. It's ridiculous and a waste of customers time."

"Ridiculously long lines. Almost not even worth it for the prices. Store an absolute mess. Bare shelves. 10 registers and only 3 people working in peak holiday season. I counted over 50 people in line. I will take the longer drive to go to a different burlington next time."

"AVOID! There was a line of about 40 customers. There were 2 ladies behind the registers with only 1 of them open. The girl checking people out was so nonchalant about it and was very slow. Girl took her sweet time checking people out while casually talking with the other lady. Had to wait about 40 minutes to checkout. If you can't have enough people scheduled to be on the registers and to assist customers, don't even bother opening the store at all with it being ill-equipped to handle providing service."
