"I've been dealing with sinus symptoms since December, taking OTC meds per my primary care Dr. I've had terrible sinus pain in my face and green drainage for the last 3 days so I broke down and went to Urgent Care because I'm absolutely miserable. The "Dr" says he doesn't think I have a sinus infection yet! He gave me prednisone. Unbelievable. These Dr just want to keep sending people back and forth to keep them coming in for appts. I ended up having to get antibiotics from my primary after suffering miserably for 4 more days and now finally feeling so much better."

"I took my husband in for a deep laceration on his palm. We waited over 1 1/2 hours and then in the back room for almost 30 min. The lady who saw him (Victoria) decided to glue his hand instead of stitching it. I think because it was easier and quicker for her to move on. The glue starting coming out in less than 12 hours. By 30 hours, he had no more glue or steristrips on his hand. It was too late to stitch it at that point. I have been caring for it now but could have saved the time and money since I am taking care of it."

"The WORST experience I’ve ever had. Went in for chest pains and difficulty breathing with a reoccurring headache. I was seen for literally less than 2 minutes and the whole time the nurses were fighting with each other over putting me in room 7 bc it stinks. They nurse I had didn’t even listen to me and said she’d be quick and fast so the other one could leave her alone."

"Zero professionalism at this facility. First encounter with an employee at the front desk was cold. Woman had zero interest in making patients feel welcome. We waiting an hour in the waiting room. Once we made it to the exam room the nurse who took my son's vitals had no interest in being personable. Didn't even make eye contact with any of us, took his vitals and was on her way. We sat in the exam room for another hour before the nurse practitioner came in to see is. When she walked in I let her know we had been waiting an hour, expecting some kind of polite explanation or apology. Nope, was given a rude remark about how they don't make appointments. She then acted as if she had no idea why we were there. So I pointed out the fact that his chart is pulled up on the computer behind her. She takes a look, examine's my son. As if already waiting an hour wasn't enough she acted as if she needed a second opinion to she left the room for another ten minuets to find a doctor. The doctor came in for 2 minutes, didn't greet any of us, again not even eye-contact with any of my family. Once the LP decided how she wanted to diagnose my son she took the school note she was supposed to fill out out of the room. Before leaving I asked her how long it would take, at this point I knew she was just dragging this out as long as possible. She said she didn't know, so I asked if she had ever filled one out before which of course was a lie so she could drag this out as long as possible. Clearly no professionalism. Petty attitudes from people who are supposed to be caring for our health. Not only did she waste our time she was pushing everyone else who was waiting in the lobby back even further just to be rude. Would not recommend anyone come here. Find another urgent care."

"I was stung by something multiple times and the pain and swelling in my toe was unbearable. I have a high pain tolerance and was in a motorcycle accident where they pulled out gravel from my body, and this sting caused twice the pain. My family doctor urged me to go since the symptoms lasted over 24 hours and they had no open appointments. This truly was the worst pain of my life and I have never had a reaction to being sting multiple times. The staff was fast to get me into a room as they saw the agony I was in, but when doctor Thomas Stein came in, he was nonchalant about the whole issue I was having. Not once did he even look at my toe, the infected area. He spent about 5 minutes with me basically brushing me off, then prescribed a Toradol shot for the pain that did nothing and an antibiotic. I suffer from severe anxiety and the doctor even said the pain is probably worsened by that (as in it’s in my head). My only saving grace is that I see my family doctor tomorrow morning. It has been 4 hours since I went to urgent care and the pain has only gotten worse. My treatment was disgraceful."
