"Walked in to this place thinking I'd get the care a professional Healthcare provides but the lady upfront has attitude for no reason. The doctor doesn't seem to know how to treat her patients as I asked about my mallet finger and they refused to answer any questions because they didn't have the xray even tho I told them the finger is not broken and iv been wearing a splint for 6 weeks so even if it was what shouldbi do. They ignored it. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN XRAY MACHINE. went to get it done somewhere else and they sent it to the portal.. Its been 4 days and everytime I call they say it's in the portal and they will have to look at it and give me a call... Iv called 3 times now. And they never give you a call back. Extreamly unprofessional. I have never left a bad review but I couldn't help it after the way they are as Healthcare providers."

"Ok so this place is not 100% horrible, normally it’s little to no wait and they are pretty fast but they can be weird. And the reason I say this is because they did not have the vaccine shot that I need and they tried to make me go pick it up from the pharmacy for them. This was beyond unprofessional and definitely unsafe. They don’t know what could have happened with the needle between me picking it up from the pharmacy and bringing it back to the doctors. This was very poor judgment and when I tried to tell them no I would not do this for them the lady on the phone became defensive and tried to argue with me. Needless to say I got my shot elsewhere and will be getting my stitches removed elsewhere"

"This place has saved me from waits at the emergency room and crazy co-pays and deductibles. I've been happy with their service and I feel the wait time if any is way less than my Doctors office and the care is excellent. Dr Parks is so knowledgeable and the staff is down to earth as oppose to being unprofessional as some have written. I've been there a few times and everytime I've left fully satisfied and much better than I left. Thanks Lifeline !"

"Place has always been friendly to me. Had a few slow times, but they see a lot of idiots everyday too which they need to be caucious about. I have major back issues and they take care of me when im in a lot of pain. Dr Obazee and Parkes are good docs to me!"

"This location is incredibly unprofessional. First impression is everything especially for sick individuals coming in to seek care and attention from liscenced and qualified "professionals". ...that was not the case at this location. Starting with the receptionist who was a no show as soon as I walked in. I signed in and waited 30minutes for her to return to her post. After handing me a clip board and asking me to fill in the documents. I presented the completed packet and my sons insurance card when she loudly regrets that "ooohh I wish you would've told me. We don't accept them because they don't pay us!" I replied that prior to checking in I read the list of insurances that "were not accepted" and saw that mine wasn't on there. (This all the while holding my sick toddler) and she replies, "Yeah it was on there then we scratched it off and put it back on there" I looked at the list a third time to be sure if I had made a mistake or not and there was something scratched off yet nothing rewritten or typed on the list!!! I desperately ask if I could be billed because I'd been sitting now an hour with a very sick child, for her to reply "Nah I'm sorry." By a saving grace, I politely gathered my sick child and my belongings and headed to the local ER. I saught "urgent care" yet this "Life line" wasn't so helpful at all!! Needs to be gutted and restaffed immediately!!!!!!!!!!"
