"I regret the day our doctor changed to this practice. Against our better judgment, we followed her from her Ellicott City practice to this practice and it was always a terrible experience. There was no patient portal or any effective way for the practice to communicate important information with parents. I brought my daughter to her 18 month appointment in August and was never informed that there was an upcoming flu clinic at her usual office. I called back a month later to inquire about getting her a flu shot and I'm told we missed the flu clinic. I had to drive an hour to another office in a remote location just to get her flu shot. Our final day at this practice we canceled our appointment because we had a sick screaming and miserable toddler in the car trying to get to an office over 45 minutes away. Rather than exercising compassion they sent us a bill for the $50 missed appointment fee. It would have been nice of them to mention we would be charged a missed appointment fee when I called to cancel the appointment! We are so happy we finally left this practice. The customer service was sub-par and it was like pulling teeth to get information. My daughter is now receiving wonderful care at a practice close to home where the staff is extremely helpful and puts the patients and families FIRST. We loved Dr. Augustine, but absolutely HATED our experience a this practice and the office staff."

"I used to really like this practice until recently. They ostracize you if there’s ever a need to reschedule an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment (which they specifically ask you to do) and waited for 40 minutes AFTER my actual appointment just to have to leave to pick up one of my kids from school. The doctors are always running extremely late, but heaven forbid they ever have the need to work around your schedule."
