"Was great for a long time. And then suddenly my medication was cancelled without notice, and I can neither reach in the reception number or doctor's number."

"Great doctors! Front staff told me I was clear from covid (I had two tests) I said very clearly are you sure both. And the lady said yes both. I was like how did the second test come so fast she was like don’t ask me how it just did. So I was still deathly sick and went to get a chest X-ray, a flu shot, and all negative. I was crying saying I’m very sick what is wrong and the front desk was like “idk it’s a mystery”. Anyways DAYS later the CDC calls me to tell me I have covid! The front desk didn’t check my second test after all. So I could have exposed people when getting my X-ray done. They use to be nice. But now they are rude. They charged me $30 for a “missed” apt. For a covid test in the parking lot. When they don’t answer their phones, they don’t have an answering machine. So how can anyone cancel an apt? Again I really like the doctors I have seen there. But the organization and rudeness from staff can overshadow them."

"Doctors are great! Front desk staff is an absolute disaster. They, rarely ever answer the phone and when they do they are extremely rude and not helpful. They will speak over you and speak down to you. Also was told many lies by this front desk staff about receiving calls back or calls that were supposed to be made to my insurance company on their end that were never done. I spoke very highly of this office for a long time and even recommended patients but I will no longer be returning. It’s sad that a poor help desk can ruin the reputation of good doctors."
