"The sad part about me having to write. This is i really enjoy supporting small businesses and never have bad experiences like I did with this one, every time I come in the owner or worker is in a bad mood. This time he decides to have boots of mine for at least a month, then proceeds to not tell me the truth about them when I ask him about them the first time, on the phone about them. Then when I come in to pick up the shoes that I have been waiting to get, he says” oh I never started them.” Like it was just a casual thing. I professionally asked for my shoes and left."

"A truly horrendous repair. Hands-down, and by a country mile, the worst of my life. I've had probably a dozen pairs of Doc Marten boots re-soled over the last 30 years and have never been disappointed before – the soles have always been replaced like for like in a timely fashion – usually under a week. Not so with this cowboy! He took my boots, told me he'd fix them in two to three weeks, didn't call when he hadn't done that, made me wait nearly seven weeks, and then returned them to me looking like they'd been "repaired" by a first grade student. My once-light-brown soles are now light brown, dark brown and black, and resemble in no way Doc Marten's soles. The new soles were peeling before I got the boots to the car (parked 20 yards from the store). What a con artist. Never again."

"If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I brought my shoes here to get the heel restored/replaced. Not only did they do a horrible job, but the man had the audacity to tell me that he told me he was going to sand the heel down as best he could... I would have never agreed to my heels being "sanded" . The heels needed to be replaced not sanded.. Lesson learned the hard way... First and last time I will ever use this place!"
