"I am very impressed with the team at PR Family Medicine. I have been going there for years and I didn't always have a great experience with the front of the house staff. However recently everyone has been extremely helpful and delightful. The physicians have always been amazing but now the staff in the front are just as great!"

"So thankful for this amazing practice! I moved out of Damascus, but still go here because of the amazing staff and great attention to needs. I have seen every service provider here and they are all GREAT! I’ve always left with solutions, feeling better, positive, and well attended no matter the need. Today I was in for a little, unpleasant, procedure and saw Dr Zaft. He and Jenny (nurse?) we’re amazing and took such great care of me. I’m so thankful for the great bedside manner, knowledge, and fixing me up! Highly highly recommend!"

"Dr Zaft makes a visit to the doctor stressfree, less anxious and easy. He has the best bed-side manner. He listens to his patients and never seems rushed even though he is probably super-busy."

"Twice they have stopped accepting my medical insurance (United Health Care and then Aetna, both changes in my employers choice of health care). I really liked Dr. Papoi. Been with this office twice for multiple years (since the mid 80's). It it traumatic finding a new doctor that you trust. My insurance would have allowed me to use them as an out of network doctor but PRFM would not do that either. Apparently money was a driving force? I could not change insurance companies because my employer only provides Aetna. Very sad."

"I have been a patient with this practice every since Dr Kijack was alive and practicing there. (And just to set something straight, It was Dr's. Kijack, Ford and Rochester who started this practice.) I loved him dearly and miss him very much. But I have stayed with them and I like Ms Cressey a great deal except for the fact that she does seem to be rushed most of the time. I think the front office is scheduling patients to close together. I'm so glad that they do telahealth/virtual visits as I live in Frederick now. But I agree with several of you that they REALLY NEED a Patient Portal!! Quit worrying about the cost of of setting one up and just do it. I also agree that some of the front office girls are rude as hell! Sorry for my language but when you get the phone slammed down in your ear, it's not very pleasant. But aside from her being a little on the rushed side I like Ms Cressey and I am glad I stayed."
