"TERRIBLE. RUN! The front desk girl told me there were 8 people ahead of me and I could Wait in my car, then she forgot about me and called everyone ahead of me and blamed me! Don’t tell people they can wait in their car in the parking lot if you can’t keep the waiting list straight! I overheard her go to the back and ask the Medical assistants how they were calling people back and no one knew. Completely unorganized, I would not trust this place with my health care. I left after waiting 2 hours and went to a MUCH better urgent care down the street. Completely different experience."

"I had a 5 min wait to get in and then a nice and caring nurse took my vitals and report to hand the doctor. The Doc came in less than 7 min later and had an understanding of vitals and test results. She was kind. I wasn't rushed and the Doc answered all my questions. Great experience at a difficult time."

"Made an appointment online. When we arrived, was told there were 10 people ahead of us, walk-ins, and just one doctor. Could be 1-2 hours wait. What's the point of making an appointment when people can just walk in ahead of you? Had to leave and get treatment elsewhere. Suggestion added 11/20: would be nice if they had the courtesy to text and let us know if there are umpteen patients ahead of us. “There are 7 patients ahead of you. But we’ll treat you with respect and save you a spot in line. Please arrive 45 minutes later.” Hope they can start doing this. Otherwise I suggest you all just waltz in without an appointment and jump the queue like everyone is doing."

"After a really bad experience with a different Urgent care I swore that I would never go back to one again. However, my daughter told me about medstar and said that she had a really good experience there. So I tried again and from being able to get an appointment online very quickly to walking in the front door and being greeted enthusiastically to the nurse who was amazing taking my vitals, and the Doctor Who saw me, the whole experience was incredible. I will highly recommend this place to anyone."
