"This is an addendum to my earlier review. In my previous positions at different colleges and universities, I was keenly aware of the importance of the administrative staff to any department. Not only do they keep it running, they set the stage for those who come as to what attitude to generally expect from, in that case, department faculty. I believe the same is true in other areas. In the past I have changed medical providers because of front office staff who often reflected the attitude of those providers. NINA AND HALLE (please excuse any mispellings) are not only very responsive and efficient in what they do (scheduling, text reminders, phone reminders, and quick accurate billing) among I'm sure a myriad of other duties, they present such a welcoming friendly attitude that it helps on "bad days". This attitude permeates this practice so that difficult exercises become easier. In all this is a great team of professionals. Who care about their patients. I apologize for not including other physical therapists names at this practice and I have watched them interact enough to know that this is the culture of the team."

"Can't say enough good things about Dr. Earl and his staff at Superior Physical Therapy. For about a year I struggled with posture pain in my upper back. The pain radiated throughout my body and caused uncomfortable nerve pain in my shoulders, arms and neck. No matter how I stretched, slept or rested I could not escape my upper back and neck pain. Within the first 10 minutes of visit #1, Dr. Earl was able to pinpoint the root muscular and spinal cause of my discomfort.
