"Do not use Cahill's if you have an area rug with pet stains. They charged me $375 to clean and deodorize a 9x14 wool rug with urine stains. The estimated price seemed steep but since there were positive reviews I thought it was worth it. However, when the rug was returned, it still had stains and a strong urine smell on it. When I commented to the delivery men that it didn't appear any better than when it left, they agreed and called the boss. Bill called me back and basically said, "too bad, we did our best." As a retired business owner, I know the value of customer satisfaction. This was a job poorly done; there should have been a reduction of the price at the very least, not to mention a call informing me of the condition of the rug before pretending to clean the rug."

"Our dryer often stops while working, later heard a bird chirping near the dryer vent and gave out terrible smell. I called several handy man but in vain. Later I did google search and this was the only one responded. The owner Bill is a super nice and diligent man, he squeezed us in among his busy schedule and came on a Saturday morning to help us vacuum and clean the dryer vent. He pulled out two nests inside the vent and vacuumed out a dead animal body. He also put out a cage to cover the vent exit to prevent the same thing from happening again. Great people, great company, highly recommended."
