"Avoid at all cost anyone affiliated with Loudon Medical Group including Comprehensive Sleep Centers. Their scam is to take your insurance information and then just not bill them. Their hope is that 50% of patients will just pay the bills unknowingly. They have been reported to the Medical Board of Virginia and BBB."

"if i could rate this office a 0 stars i would! we received a bill for an appointment that was never cancelled in their system - however, we called. Appointment was scheduled for 5/11/23 and we started calling on 4/11/23 - never got thru to a live person to talk to someone about cancelling or rescheduling this appointment. We finally got someone to talk to us on 5/8/23 and told them to cancel that appointment as well as the appointment in the system for 5/15/23. They refuse to discuss bloodwork results over the phone and insist you come in for an actual visit with the doctor, therefore costing us more money for the doctor visit. We have spent HOURS over the phone trying to get thru to the office about this invoice we got and have received no help. When we had another doctor's appointment on 7/15/23 - we were told to call the phone number - which was the same phone number we've already been calling to no luck! this office is deplorable when it comes to patients or handling bills - let alone answering the phone. We are now looking for a new doctor and also trying to get a hold of someone to dispute the charge. We have called as well as emailed them - they do not respond or answer their phones - DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE."

"This group is a scam. They are not being honest about billing. I kept receiving bills for some something that I had already paid. According to them it was because they didn’t charged it at the beginning even though 4 months had passed. Even though I did paid them because it was billed before. I called my insurance to clarify my coverage and also to see what was going on, and according to them this group miscoded my urine test that actually is covered during an annual physical. They also never specified what was done during the blood work and now I find out that everything that I was billed for the insurance covers it because it was part of the annual check. I had an appointment With them for next year but after this they lost a patient. No coming back and neither is my family. And to add the person that I spoke with to clarify my billing issues was really rude and gave me an attitude when I was trying to figure out why I kept receiving bills for something that I had already paid."

"Don't use this place for a sleep study. The doctor was fine but this practice is a trainwreck. I have never seen a more poorly managed practice. They cancel appointments the night before without any notice or solid reasoning. They can barely make appointments for you. They tried to give me an old model of the equipment that I needed and only switched when I asked. They still sent me home with apparatus that doesn't work together. I had to switch practices halfway through treatment. The one thing that they are good about is sending invoices."

"If you have no choice because your doctor uses this company for accounting services, then get a commitment from your doctor's front office that you don't owe anything else (after co-pay, and agreed additional costs for the visit) at the end of your visit. If that's not an option, switch doctor. These people are worst than loan sharks. Going to a doctor normally alleviates pain, but LMG will find a way to worsen your pain."
