"Idk what this Connie idiot is complaining about. The lab girls are fantastic, never miss, and are so kind. Do they have a few signs up because people like her have probably been rude and nasty? Yeah. But that's any business that has to deal with complainly old crows like her. I love them and hope their supervisors appreciate how wonderful they are."
"The girls at the lab are so welcoming, professional yet personable. Everytime I walk in, they always greet me with a smile and a "hello, how can I help you?" I highly recommend this facility to my family and friends. You guys are awesome!!"
"The lab is a very unwelcoming environment. The walls are covered in unfriendly notices and the staff is argumentative to say the least. Went in to have blood work done and the staff insisted I had no order in the system. However when I called my cardiologist they found it w/o any difficulty. I know it was a yucky weather day but if you show up at work do your job. I then went to the MUCH friendlier Martinsburg location and again no problem finding the order with a smile."
"To who it may concern about valley health and WVU urgent Care they do not deal with people with diabetes I went in to go get seen cuz I'm in the system of the valley health to refill my farcigo but they told me to go out to the emergency room I don't know why they have an urgent care they should have shut these places down and open up an hospital the people are just out for money they don't really care"
"Imaging center staff were very friendly and efficient. Carol in reception was welcoming and helpful. Katie, the X-ray tech, was kind, quick, and gentle. Highly recommend this facility!"
