"The wait was a bit long but it was worth it. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, they made me feel very comfortable. Bloodwork was quick and painless too. I really like this place."

"My clinician and nurse were great! Felt very welcomed and helped me. Sadly though, I was told a price at the beginning and it turned out being 60 extra dollars at checkout. I expressed my disappointment in having to pay extra when that wasn’t the total and the person checking out was rude to me. I ended up paying extra 60 because nobody actually had time to check was the real price was."

"I was refused care at this clinic. I called a few days ago hoping I could have a same day appointment for a sudden, concerning bleeding problem I was experiencing and was told I couldn't be seen until 2 days following. This already was upsetting, but I agreed to wait. So when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, I checked in with the receptionist who told me the doctor WOULD NOT SEE ME because I had not gone to them for the originating medical issue. (I had been assured when I made the appt that I could speak to a doctor and have any tests done at the time of the appt after sharing my situation). I explained AGAIN that was I was bleeding and very concerned something was wrong and was told BY THE RECEPTIONIST that I need to wait a whole nother week to even be evaluated. I was not allowed to speak with a doctor at all. I expressed concern about my health and that I do not have insurance and cannot afford other medical care, to which I was still refused any kind of care. This is exactly why I do not trust the medical system and why I did not come here in the first place."
