"I cannot say enough good about this practice. Everyone is friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I see Rich Sutherland and he is absolutely great! His bedside manner is second to none, expertise on skin care is amazing and concern for each patient is fantastic!"

"This place is a joke. They don't call you back for months even though your already a patient there. So you grt a referral from your family doc still no call. Finally get ahold of someone, they say let me double check we take your insurance they come back saying they do so you make the appt, take off work to go just to get told there they don't take your insurance. Get told they have to send it out to pathology they don't have one there to get a bill from them for pathology. You call asking for a itemized bill and they don't send you one then say they don't do those. The doctor I got and nurses were nice and helpful but other than the actual doctors and nurses I just wouldn't bother asking the other staff questions as they won't give you the correct information. So the doctor and nurses 5 stars the rest of the practice 0 stars"
