"Was told walk ins are not accepted and was turned away with an open laceration on my eye. The website under Acute care states urgent care and walk ins are accepted. There was no other patients there when I showed up at 10:30am. Website says they are open 8am-5pm."

"I would give negative stars if I could. Trying to get my girlfriend seen for a lump on her breast. Receptionist is very rude and unhelpful. Due to not being claimed and filing taxes due to amount made, she has no tax form and no utility bill. She asked if a paystub would be enough to go along with a photo ID and they said no. She would have to call the irs to get her tax form sent to her. This is ridiculous for a free clinic. She’s trying to see if her breast lump is serious or not and I feel like they are denying her service. Do not go here. Go elsewhere."

"Super unreliable. My niece has to go here for her birthday control and they never give a real prescription so here is the only place she can get it when she is out. They are closed 3 days a week, an hour throughout each day, and I tried to take my niece yesterday and it said they closed at 12 for a Christmas party? Would not recommend if you need anything mandatory from this location."

"Mary and her staff are efficient but friendly,take time to listen to the patient, very caring. They have been a God send to me for the past 2 years- losing employment and insurance in same day. I have quite a few medical issues and they have provided care for all. I am very thankful"

"People at front desk are rude. Cancel appointments without telling you until it been cancelled. Tells you can't get appointment until lab. work is done . Ever gave lab paper to have lab's done. Put you on hold for over 15 mins. Thank God I'm done with them . Got my Medicare ."
