"I’ve only been to this physical therapy practice and do not have experience with others but this place is top notch. After being referred here because my podiatrist recommended I go to Lauren for dry needling, I was contacted quickly to establish myself as a patient. Tiff and Rae hold down the front desk and are wonderful. They are so down to earth, funny and all around good people. They go out of their way to chat and get to know you. They are also very understanding if you need to reschedule an appointment. Lauren is very knowledgeable and professional and no doubt is the reason I got over my plantar fasciitis. She helped explain everything, gave me home exercises and dealt with my whining dying dry needling! I also worked with Steve and he was also great. This is an outstanding physical therapy practice and I highly recommend them for anyone who is recovering from an injury. They are a small practice and care about their patients. Their schedule is also very flexible."

"I can highly recommend Pivot at Hagerstown’s Valley Mall. My first encounter was with the front desk staff, Tiff and Rae. Such a warm welcome. Big smiles. They were genuinely nice and helpful. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable in pinpointing the muscular/skeletal areas I needed to work on. She advised me on what I could say to my doctor at my follow-up. Steve provided a high level of care and was fun to work with. I feel more knowledgeable in the workings of my body, what to do AND what not to do. The facility also has access to a pool for in water therapy, which is where I started. I am very pleased with the overall experience."
