"As many have already said, the grooming service is horrible. Made an appointment a week out, I get there we had an issue with recent shots, they move out my appointment to the next day at 1, I get there a little early at 12:45, and I’m told my appointment is at 1:30. That’s a problem - I have my toddler with me naps at 1:30, but they are adamant the I agreed to the 1:30 appointment, but wouldn’t you know it there was no appointment confirmation email sent out for the moved appointment. They wanted me to leave and come back for the third time in two days. The woman who I dealt with at the counter both times was snide and almost seemed to want to cause an issue for me. Brandy, the one grooming my puppy, was my only saving grace since she asked to have my puppy taken earlier. Update: when I went to pick up my golden doodle puppy they told me my puppy was too rambunctious and alluded to some sort of incident (that he fell or jumped out during the bath). When I asked if he fell they told me that wasn’t the issue, his behavior was. They asked that I not bring my 5 month old puppy back in until he’s had formal obedience training."

"So, my wife and I are fostering a couple of dogs for a friend who is deploying. We already have 3 dogs and 1 dog that is reactive. We decided we needed the reactive dog and her very skiddish dog to meet in a neutral place. We decided Petsmart would be a great location. Unfortunately, it was raining, but we spent less than 45 minutes rotating the dogs in and out of each car and walking them in the parking lot. The meet-up went better than we anticipated. However, workers from inside the Petsmart called the police on us because they thought "it was weird that people are walking their dogs in the rain". We explained what we were doing to the police officers, and there were no issues. But are you serious...? Since when is it a crime to walk your dogs in the rain. And as Petsmart employees, are you not familiar with the process of introducing new dogs by allowing dogs to share the same space on neutral ground. I wouldn't trust this Petsmarts dog training services, that's for sure."

"Grooming has horrible customer service. I made appointments to get my 2 dogs bathed and brushed about a week in advance. They then rescheduled because they booked the wrong groomer. I said that is fine and they booked for Friday. They then call about 2 and half hours before the new appointment and cancel, saying they are afraid the dogs will bite them while doing their nails. I told them I didn't want their nails clipped, just the bath and brush. Then they brought up saying my male had seizures and that they would have to rush him to a pet ER if something happened. I explained he has not had a seizure in over 6 years but they did not care."
