"Walked in one morning because we needed new floors for our kitchen/dining area and we were installing ourselves. When we walked in there were 3 people at the front desk, none of them on the phone, and not one of them acknowledged us as we walked in the door (which is right in front of the front desk). Then when we asked them a question they clearly weren’t interested in our business. Would not return… we took our business elsewhere. Guess they only want to work with contractors or do bigger jobs?"
