"There are a few beautiful things in this world. One of them WAS the floor in Victoria Secret in the Lehigh Valley Mall. Today as I walked toward it, ITS GONE????? Why???? "The new store is horrible looks like a ware house. Two employees a blonde and brunette stood over my daughter as she was testing perfumes. It was super weird and I was going to make a purchase but decided not to because of their behavior. Would not shop at this location."
"I visited this location today and had an AWFUL experience. I was extremely disrespected and embarrassed by an employee. When I asked for assistance in finding my size(30F or a 32DDD), she first asked if it was for me and when I said yes she glanced up and down my body and said “don’t look like it.” My jaw dropped, I have never had this rude of a comment made to me in a store in my life. Keep in mind I am wearing baggy clothing and a sports bra so my chest isn’t visible at all, I didn’t realize my body had to be on display to get accurate help at this store. I know my size considering it’s MY body and don’t know why she so rude about it. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was a young woman with curly dyed blond hair up in a bun. The woman who I am assuming is the manager was very helpful and kind after the interaction but I don’t think someone who makes judgmental comments about people’s bodies should be employed at a store like this."
"The checkout it so slow doesnt matter the ladies there.. I am not sure why.The store is dirty. The checkout area was filthy like they hadn't cleaned in weeks and with a pandemic going on I was not impressed. I also told the front store girl how filthy it was so I wonder if they cleaned."
