They have the BEST tools for my drywall projects and staffs are the best. I suggest people do not read the negative reviews people are doing against this store workers, I can clearly understand the sources of that , it's a local competitor who is promoting a campaign to attract clients since Ames store used to be located before in their location."

"I love coming to this store. I am a drywall finisher and ever since they changed the store locations they have great sales associates. A lot of reviews talk about the rude worker that used to be at the old location in Baltimore ave. But ever since they moved they have Claudia and Alexandra which are extremely nice and they both speak Spanish and English. They make you feel very welcome at the store and make you wanna come back. It is very clean and very well organized. Do not trust old reviews. These two girls are awesome!"
"Extremely helpful and nice people to do business with. From account management, to the man running the store in laurel. Good prices and will to work with you. That's something you don't find many companies or competitors are willing to do now a days. I wouldn't suggest going anywhere else even if you think your going to save a cpl dollars. At the end of the day you probably be better off and maybe cheaper then you originally thought walking in.. 5 star all the way."
"I had a bad experience. I called the store ten minutes before 4pm and the person that answered had such a bad attitude and responded that, "on his clock, it was already 4pm", and that he couldn't attend me. Truly a bad experience, since my husband had already drove 40 minutes to get to the store and couldn't buy the tools."
