"One of the worst places. They schedule only one employee that ignores in-store clients to help people on the phone. Cannot even acknowledge there are customers in the store. Ugh. Sherwin Williams can do better and they need to! Update: I want to make sure that everyone is aware, the employee himself was kind and polite and completely respectful. When I was finally acknowledged and assisted in my purchases, the employee did apologize for the delay. Management needs to do better with scheduling and making sure their employees are not put in a position of being alone (makes me wonder if he ever got relief for a lunch break?!) I changed my original 1 star to a 2 star because it is not the employees fault as he was helpful once he got to me. I still think he should have made an attempt to acknowledge his clients in store rather than give priority to a phone call (business call - not personal), but again, he was very nice. I wish I would have noted his name."

They greeted me at the door and made it a lot easier then i thought it would be. They seem to be a new team because I've never seen them before all the other times I've visited the store.
