"Best Tropical Smoothie in the area. They are always super kind and sometimes remember my order (goes to show that I’m a frequent visitor.lol). Above all, they don’t use ice as filler for their smoothies. Some of the other ones I’ve visited, use more ice to fill your smoothies and it literally taste like your drinking ice with a hint of whatever you’ve asked for. So I appreciate this Cafe, much more. Thank you."

"This location is very nice, the staff are always kind. Every time I place an order online it's either already for me or just about done I work about 3-5 minutes down the road. The girls are Very efficient and the food is always made correctly!"

"This is the best Tropical Smoothie place that I have had a privilege to visit. The customer service is outstanding. I’m always greeted with a smile , no matter what employee. I’ve been to several other tropical smoothie establishments none of them match up to this one. Their smoothies are excellent, and always well-made. I’ve tried several other tropical smoothie establishments this is by far the very best one that I’ve visited the other smoothies that I’ve tasted at the other establishments are watered down with not much flavor. This is by far my favorite tropical smoothie establishment to visit. Great staff, great service ,great product. Outstanding staff members, Sonia, Nicole, Emma, and Yamileth consistently provide excellent customer service!! They make this Tropical Smoothie the place to go!!"

"every now and then I’ll have an appointment in Dumfries in the morning. I make sure I stop by this tropical smoothie on the way. They are quick, they’ve never made a mistake on my drink, and the energy is always amazing. The same lady is normally the cashier. She’s always smiling, pleasant, and is sure to greet you before you leave. The very few minutes that you are there you will always notice healthy exchanges in conversation and leadership amongst the staff. This location and the location across from Forest Park high school should definitely be examples of how some of the other locations and smoothie businesses should run. FYI The location on Smoketown is horrible whether day or night. I stopped going, but They could use some leadership or management training from this location."

"The workers were so beyond nice and so helpful with our food. They also were so quick and making the smoothies and food. I love this location so much and if I can give more than five stars, I will but I definitely recommend this location. They are the best tropical smoothie ever."
