"I have conflicting emotions regarding this particular store. Initially, my experiences were positive, both in-store and online. However, my most recent trip revealed that this location's quality of service and dependability can be inconsistent. For example, I ordered several sample quarts online and was notified that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the store the next day, my order was not ready. When I arrived, the SW team member at the counter was mixing paint for another customer. He did not acknowledge me or say he would be with me shortly. The other customer and I waited there in awkward silence. When the SW team member finished with the other customer, he mentioned that my order was only half ready and he needed to prepare the other half, despite my notification that my order was ready for pickup. Since my order was already pending on my credit card, I decided to wait while he corrected his mistake. Now, I am hesitant about taking advantage of the current sales or continuing to patronize this paint retailer or this location."

"I had to hire painters to paint my foyer because it was too tall for me to paint, and they bought their paint from Sherwin Williams. I needed more paint to finish a stairwell and went back to the store for more. What I found was that Sherwin Willams Paint, although more expensive than Home Depot or Lowe's, does a much better job of covering and provides a better finish. While I was buying the paint, I signed up for their paint perks program and get periodic emails on new colors, etc. I've seen two I liked and have gone back to get "Messenger Bag" for my home office (painted last weekend) and plan on repainting the master bath in "Urbane Bronze". The service at this store is great and the staff are able to provide help and recommendations. Two thumbs up!"

"Great store, and employees. This particular location is my favorite. Always has whatever I need in stock. They have an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff, and also carry things other locations do not.. They also have Ms.Dorothy who is in my opinion the best employee. She has helped me with everything I have ever needed for the last 15 years and with a smile. She also has referred customers to my company etc. 5 star store."
