"I used to think this place was great. I switched from an expensive salon after years of the same guy to this place and was very pleased. However, recently its been awful. The barber who used to cut my hair disappeared one day due to a fight with the owner. Then I started going to the guy in the next chair on the end. He’s been good no complaints. Today I walked in and my regular guy was sitting with not a customer in sight. The owner was not there, and my barber told me ‘go away’. I asked why, if he had an appointment coming or something and he said ‘Nooooo’ in a manner that suggested I leave quickly. I used to tip him $5 on every haircut that cost $25. I have absolutely no clue what happened but this place is to be avoided if you care about customer service."
"This place is a hidden gem. After being frustrated with other barber shops due to scheduling issues and 70 dollar hair cuts, I stepped in her on a whim. Hands down the most attention to detail I’ve ever received. Very friendly and they take their time, ensuring a great cut."
