"HORRIBLE store bought my bulova watch there and they sized it and it kept falling off and went back several times and they couldn’t render the situation so I had it sent to the company to have it repaired and even they couldn’t figure out what they did to it so they just sent me a new one. Took my new one to get sized and next thing I know it’s doing the same thing and I ended up loosing a brand new watch! DO NOT SHOP HERE you will waste your money"

My credit card got charge twice, which I understand that mistakes happen, so I called customer service and the girl I talked to told me she couldn't do anything about it because I only ordered one thing. I told her I know I only ordered one thing but I got charged twice for it and she still continued telling me she couldn't fix it. So I called back to talk to someone else and he told me they accidentally shipped two of the same rings (but the girl told me she was only seeing one purchase?) so I had to wait for one ring to come in and take it to the store to return it and get my money back. It was a huge mess."
