B-Elite Flooring

"B-Elite did flooring at my house and there were some issues. After speaking with Braden he proceeded to get agitated and before the end of conversation decided to hang up on me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I’m a flooring installer myself( he did the work in a new construction home) and when I explained to him I wasn’t ok with how he was going to do the reapairs he got very short and told me these were normal for this particular type of flooring, coincidentally I explained to him that I’ve been doing flooring longer than him and no it was not normal. That is when he got agitated and hung up the phone. He only has 1 year warranty. I personally warranty my work for the longevity of the floor. Overall very unprofessional. Good luck with your business, anyone can put a floor in, but backing your work is a whole other situation."
