They helped me figure out my issue quickly, and honestly, I would have never figured that out in my own. "If you go to their showroom they seem very knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions. The prices on their products are reasonable. Having them do the work is not a good idea. We bought a neutralizer and laundry tub with faucet from them and had them install both. They came out early to do the job. They bled the lines and did the install and got everything running. Including the basement bathroom sink which they didn’t turn off. The next morning (because we don’t use the basement for much) my wife went to the basement to do laundry and found the entire basement was flooded and found the sink was overflowing with the faucet going full blast. I called them to report the problem and was told it wasn’t their fault. That they used the laundry tub to bleed the lines. Problem is the laundry tub and faucet hadn’t been installed yet. The old one they were replacing had a broken faucet and wasn’t capable of being used to bleed off the lines. I can understand that professionals are human and make mistakes. The problem I have, other than having to rip up all the flooring and make several trips to the dump to clean up the mess, is their not being honest about it and taking responsibility for their mistake. No one else had been down there. The faucet hadn’t been used in several weeks. I paid over $2,300 to get the work done and will have to pay at least that much to get my basement back to normal. Next time I will go with a company with some integrity."

"I went in looking for a replacement shut off valve. The kind I had was discontinued and the lady at the counter was very patient and helpful in coming up with a solution using available parts which would work in my application. I would definitely use them again!"
