"It's not pleasurable to leave a negative review for a local business, yet I want to share my experience to alleviate the stress for another. Have had several issues, and asked to speak to a manager - no one is available and they do not call when they say they will. Recently, I returned dog food that made my dog sick. Three different small boxes, 1 free promo. I tried to return them because 2 made her sick and didn't want to risk the 3rd. Wouldn't give money back except on one, stood in line for 20+ minutes while they called the manager and nothing. The care for the pet and the owner isn't here. Some folks are nice, which I appreciate, but it's not worth the stress so won't be going back."

"This Dogs & Cats Rule has some of the nicest, most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Every time I come in they are engaging, kind, and quick to assist me. As someone who works in retail, I understand how difficult it can be to give genuinely great customer service (especially in an area as affluent as ours) — but they always do! Other wonderful things: excellent food selection, great toy choices, competitive pricing. But really, I actually look forward to coming here when my cat needs food, litter, or entertainment. They have a member program with some perks. Way better than a big box pet store, and it doesn’t smell funny. So glad they’re close by."
