"I almost never write bad reviews, especially for small, locally owned businesses, but I've also never been just straight up ghosted for an appointment before either. I had a 1:30 appointment. I showed up at 1:20 to find the lights off and the door locked. I tried multiple times to call and text, but got no response. After a half hour I finally gave up and left. That was 11 days ago, and I still haven't gotten any kind of follow-up call or text back. I understand it's a one-man show and that things come up, but if you need to close unexpectedly, take a few minutes to call your appointments for the day to let them know. And if for some reason that's not even possible, at least follow up with them after the fact to apologize and try to make it right. Between the driving and the standing around waiting, I wasted an hour of my day that day. If, after making me waste an hour of my day, you can't even spend five minutes of yours to follow up and try to make it right, that shows that you have absolutely zero respect for my time. I'll grant that he does a good job for a reasonable price, but not good enough that it's worth risking my time with somebody who's willing to so casually waste it."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I had been taking my two dogs to here for the longest time. On two separate occasions, two different customers that I am friends with had told me he did not show up or answer the phone at the time of their appointments. Considering I had been going to him for years and never had this happen, I continued taking my dogs to him. My dogs always got very anxious when going to him. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I figured they just did not like getting groomed. I will not deny that he does do a good job, hence why I took them here for years. My issue with him has been his professionalism and lack of personality. I tried reaching out to him for his availability for weeks ahead. No answer. It took up to 3 times to get a response. My work schedule varies and the earliest I am able to know my schedule is 6 weeks in advance. Thus, being the reason, I was not able to schedule my next appointments each time I took the dogs. This was something I had explained to him before. When he did reply to my messages, he was very rude in telling me I needed to schedule the appointments in person. I could tell he was very busy at the time; I scheduled something with another groomer and asked him to cancel the appointment I had set up because I did not want to inconvenience him. To this he replied it was not an inconvenience. I figured I could still take my dogs back to him since I have been taking them to him for years. The next time the dogs needed grooming I reached out to him. We set up an appointment, weeks in advance. I messaged him the day before to confirm. No reply. I still did end up taking my dogs that date, only to find out he was not there and the shop was closed. I waited more than 30 minutes waiting for him to show up. I attempted calling and texting him telling him I was outside with the dogs for the appointment. Of course, no answer. I found this very rude and disrespectful. Finally, SIX days later, I got a reply from him. I figured this was because he had probably lost some customers considering I read recent reviews he had also done this to. I could not believe one of his replies to me, "I'm very busy and I'm a one-man show. Sometimes _____ happens." I found his use of profanity to be very disrespectful. I also questioned what in his right mind made him feel that was okay to type. I have taken my dogs to another groomer since those unfortunate events. What I have found out is that they were not scared / anxious about getting groomed in general. They were just scared of him. They get very excited to see their new groomer. My poor babies, I feel bad I made them have to deal with such a mean person."

"Marc does a great job with our dog, is communicative, and his prices are reasonable. Most importantly, he’s much quicker than grooming at other places so your dog doesn’t have to wait in a crate for hours."

"Just got my maltipoo, Harley, groomed here. Amazing job. Best I’ve seen in years. I’m pretty particular about how my dog looks coming out of a groom and I had absolutely no suggestions to make when Harley came home with me. He didn’t even want to leave Marc and they had just met for the first time, which is another milestone for Harley. This guy knows what he’s doing!"
