"We regularly get our dry cleaning done here and it is always ready on time and our clothes look great! Employees are very nice!"
"I brought three coats for dry cleaning. I came pick up, 1 out of the 3 coats had an issue, wasn't satisfied with the quality of cleaning (stain did not come off). The employee was really helpful in trying to resolve the issue. The coat had to be redone. When I came back it had more issue (coat was wet, had markings, etc.). The employee offered to have it redone at no charge (as is the second time). Third time wasn't a charm because the stain that I've been complaining is still present. I gave 3 stars because of the willingness to resolve an issue and effort but also because it wasn't resolved."
