"I highly do not recommend their personalization services. Our whole team bought bags (from another company) with personalization panels. The panels were embroidered by Natale's, but apparently not kept with the bags. The problem is, personalization panels are not interchangeable. When my son got his panel and his bag, they did not fit correctly. The embroidery was fine, but the panel was crooked and looked terrible. Eventually the bag tore because the crooked panel put unnecessary strain on the seams. Later, the same team got personalized hoodies - with heat pressed vinyl names on the back. My son's wasn't made. But, two were made for another kid on the team. Our team returned the extra one. It took several weeks to get the "corrected" shirt. When it arrived, we could still see the shadow of the other kid's name (which is shorter than my son's) behind/beside my son's name! If I ever get to choose where to go for personalization, Natale's will be LOW on the list of possible places - if it even makes the list."

I dealt with Dan for many years when I coached college soccer and ordered all our equipment from him. He delivered it right to my office everytime and his service his dependable, reliable, and outstanding. You can't go wrong with anything you buy at Dan's store he is the best."

"Ordered a shirt as part of our travel team. The shirt didn’t come in. They won’t return calls or emails from us or the coach. I would go somewhere else."

"Do not order from this company! Wanted to switch out a shirt that was of very poor quality, they said-"no exchanges of any kind." Hogwash! The company can sell items to a school or to anyone as long as the logo remains the same. Zero care or concern for customer needs or for providing good quality products. Disgraceful!"
