"I would really love to like this place. Clearly a locally owned business and I’m all for that. Unfortunately there is mold inside nearly all the machines. I chose hot water for some pretty grimy things and it is barely lukewarm. I get needing help. If that is the case, just ask! Please clean a bit and be honest with water temps etc."

"Been coming here weekly for years and never had an issue. But recently had the lady working in here be unnecessarily rude to me... meanwhile she's got her dog inside with her, barking. Not like people are allergic or anything. I'll be taking my business to rock creek from now on. Much cleaner and washers are cheaper anyway."

"I go here regularly to wash my large blankets and sheets, very clean and quiet place to do your laundry. But I used drier 11 and it left my blanket smelling like cat pee. I've never had this issue before, just would like someone to answer the phone so they are aware."

"Dirty!! Wash machines have mold between glass on every door; smells like sewer when you walk in; owner has adjusted water levels so low I have to add water to get a good wash; bathroom is dirty, grime behind the toilet..even saw a syringe in the garbage can. The change machine is also rigged. I put a 20 in it and got back 16. I left a note with my phone number and kindly asked for the difference and never got a call. He thinks no one is going to count their change I guess, but I did! Even the wash times on the machine have been altered for a shorter wash. Clothes come out very wet so naturally, drying times are longer. No attendants and just a filthy laundromat! I wont return..its just gross!"
