"We are so appreciative of the wonderful care that Lily Pads has provided. Their staff is caring, empathetic, fun, and so loving with our child and all of the little ones that attend. When I drop her off I do not worry about anything; I know she is having a great time with her friends and she is in the presence of delightful adults that have a tender heart for kids. Not to mention Lily Pads is open on time (I have never had to wait to drop her off at 7:30am) and is always available in the evening until 6pm for a late pick up. "We loved Lily Pads! We recently left due to a move out of state. Our little one started in March of 2021 at 5 months old. As first time parents, the transition to daycare can be overwhelming but the staff was great! The teachers kept our little one thoroughly engaged with arts, story time, and various other activities to encourage socialization and developmental milestones. I always felt that our little one was in good hands. The teachers that he had in both the infant and toddler rooms were phenomenal. They have been instrumental in helping our little reach developmental milestones (for example walking, using utensils to eat, holding a pencil, etc.). We were able to see our little one throughout the day using the provided app. Our little one really enjoyed the yoga instruction days. Our little one always had a smile when entering into Lily Pads. I highly recommend Lily Pads!"

"All of the teachers and teachers assistants at Lilypads are so extremely dedicated and caring — More than any other place I have seen. Everyone has their own special bonds with the kids and truly cares about giving them the best environment to learn and grow. Both locations I have seen are clean and have so much to offer to stimulate the kids. Outdoor play is very much encouraged so the kids can get as much energy out as possible. Each day the kids learn interactively with their teachers based off a weekly curriculum. The owner also hires a Zumba teacher, soccer coach, yoga instructor, and gymnastics coach to come visit the kids on a specific day of the week. It’s an awesome way for the kids to spark some awesome interests and passions at a young age. Working here as a teachers assistant is fantastic. The company culture is really welcoming. Management is easy to communicate with and did a great job at on boarding."
