"$230 for 25 minutes of work for 2 medium bedrooms and a living room. Was supposed to deodorize, but my apartment smells like musty dirty water instead now. My carpet still appears stained. I used a different company last time and my place smelled amazing afterwards, this time it's just disgusting. The 2 young guys obviously do not enjoy their jobs and find their job to be an inconvenience."

"Appointment set at Noon-2, they called to set the appointment earlier at 10, they were at my apartment at 8:30, took them 25 minutes to complete the whole job and its not as fresh smelling as it should be, I have used Stanley Steemer before and they did a great job. For $230 and on top inconveniencing me for not keeping the revised schedule and me telling them to go over high traffic areas several times. Not worth the $$$$$ and not happy with the job. Ill finish it myself"

"Once again I called upon Stanley Steemer to clean carpets in my Living room, all traffic areas,four runners and dinning room area rug. Also to scotch guard living room. The following day I notice several black marks on my living room carpet. I called and waited one week before they could return to assess the problem.Two men arrived only to accuse me of creating the problem and resisted cleaning the carpet again. Had to call the boss before they could clean more than just the spots. Both men where condescending and visibly annoyed . I will not use them again."

"This was my first experience with a professional carpet cleaning service. I have to get my carpet done every 18 mos to maintain the warranty. I was able to schedule online, which was extremely easy and convenient. Dee called and left me a detailed vm confirming my appointment. She called again closer to the scheduled day of cleaning also. The guys that came were friendly, courteous and explained everything in detail. They offered extra services ,which I declined except for adding the hallway on. I seriously think they were there from start to finish for about 40 minutes. I had a 14*11 LR , a 10*12 BR and a small hallway done. Well worth the time and aggravation I saved myself. My techs were Jason and Ryan ."
