"I would love an explanation on why customers are paying 16 cents for a bag? Sounds like another avenue to create more revenue. Very disappointing with how small the mens section is. I overheard 5 guest walk out the door confused as to why they are paying 16 cents per bag. Disappointing for sure."

"Not the best in store experience. Had to argue with cashier that the shorts pictured were on sale for $12. She was too lazy, unconcerned or too reliant on the cash register price to actually perform a price check. To get the sale price, I went back over and snapped a picture of the display. Additionally, I was unable to find any in stock XL active wear pants. Next time, if I shop at Old Navy, I will order online and skip the in-store, non-value added experience."

"Old Navy clearance for the win! *Always* check the kids' clearance rack - there are some fantastic deals to be had! Shirts for $.97 and $.47?! Yes please! At the rate kids grow, this is really your best bet (yes, you have to hunt for these deals, but it's so worth it). These pj's were $5.50 or so - but I have gotten them much cheaper here). The staff is always pleasant and helpful and don't bat an eye when you ask them to price match the online price (not an "online only" deal, though)."
