Sam comes to learn (and love) each child individually (their strengths, weaknesses, needs, etc) and she is so passionate about her work with the kids at Elefantitos. My son has also had challenges with different transitions in the last year and Sam has handled each transition/situation with such compassion, care, love, and professionalism.
