"!!WARNING!! Don't waste your time and money here. Only 4 of the dryers heat up, and I had 2 washing machines stop mid-cycle. I had to pull everything out soaking wet and steaming hot and pay twice as much to spread it out into smaller machines (the only machines left available). I called the number on the door, and the owner's daughter eventually showed up to reimburse me, albeit reluctantly. A short while later, her mother, the owner, showed up, and her demeanor was absolutely dreadful. These people know most of their machines are broken, and they DON'T CARE how much extra time and money that's costing their customers. Don't give them your hard-earned money."
"I tried Lakeview Laundromat for the first time, they exceeded my expectations! I used their drop-off service and will definitely be using it again soon—the staff were friendly, the place was clean/tidy, easy parking, reasonable prices, they did a great job with my clothes: folded nicely, smelled great & were still warm when I got home! The clothes were also ready way before I needed to pick them up too! Location is convenient to my work so I can drop off/pick up without going out of my way. I am very happy to have found them!"
"My first experience at Lakeview Laundromat was today. Had a comforter that needed some TLC in the oversized washer. Haven’t been to a laundromat in forever. Can’t even remember when. That being said, I definitely needed some guidance. And let me tell you, I sure got it. That young lady helped me every step of the way. She was courteous and kind along with very knowledgeable. The laundromat was very clean, restroom was very clean, had a TV and a few vending machines. They also do a drop off, wash and fold service. I would highly recommend this laundromat."
