"I found Diane to be unresponsive to my issue with one of the cabinets. The door was hinged on the wrong side. I tried contacting her for 3 weeks but she didn't respond. Not until the second payment on my card didn't go through. She said she would take care of my problem when I made payment. I did, she didn't. She blamed the manufacturer saying the door only came with hinges on the left side and would be switched by the installer, me. Hinges leave marks. That means 50% of their cabinets have marks. Doesn't sound right. Lesson learned, never make final payment until they do what they say they will."
