"Took 6 hours, I had to call twice for an update on how long until they were done. Was told they were very anxious and had to take several breaks, I see the groomer outside smoking. Cuts are horrible, nails left very long. I feel like I let my dogs get tortured for 6 hours! I should’ve been called if they were having trouble with my dogs! You don’t have to block me on your website because I won’t be back! My dogs were fine until I scheduled them with this groomer, never had one problem or complaint! She tried blaming it on the dogs instead of the way she treated and handled my dogs. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with pet smart"
