"The Olney Banfield Pet Hospital provided outstanding service for our 2 cats. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by the front desk staff. Our veterinarian, Dr. Baker, took all the time we needed to understand our pets' conditions and answer our questions. I was really impressed with the Olney Banfield Pet Hospital's service and professionalism!"

"This Bandfield has ignored my request for over a week. I requested a heart worm refill from a third party and they have yet to fax it. There is no doubt in my mind that if I had ordered the medication from Bandfield I would have it now. Next month my contract is up and I will never contract insurance from them. I am disappointed in the service I received"

"Hospital is ok but the front desk girl that works Saturdays there needs some customer service skills. Also, if you pay a monthly plan, you will hope to get your pet checked out if he seems in pain right away versus “sorry we don’t have anything available and you have to wait a week”"

"Ollie and I absolutely love Banfield in Olney! They are always professional and so helpful. As a first time dog mom I know I am a little extra and they are always so welcoming to get my boy in when I have a concern and they answer all questions without judgement. Dr. Moore is very professional as well and knowledgeable, also answers questions without judgement. Ollies last nurse, Laura, was also super helpful and welcoming. The client service coordinators are also very nice and helpful. Every time someone asks me about vet I inform them of this location as it is truly a gem."

"The lady at the font desk was rude and obnoxiously unprofessional. She canceled my appointment for being 3 minutes late when in reality I was in the building on time. My dog got nervous as this is her first time at the Banfield. I tried to comfort her by staying near the clear see-thru doors. The lady could clearly see me through the window trying to help my dog, as she remained on the phone. As soon as I walked in she told me she is going to reschedule my appointment for being "tardy" and continued to talk on the phone for the next 10 minutes while we waited patiently. When she was done with her phone call, she told me she will not be seeing my dog. Then I overheard her telling her colleague "I don't have time for this". Her colleague didn't bother to assist us either. It was a clear excuse and demonstrated a lack of compassion for the animals in their care at Banfield. My dog was already stressed, and it was disheartening to see how little concern the staff had for her well-being. I will be taking my dog to a different clinic where I know she will be treated with the kindness and respect she deserves."
