"Horrible customer service! I went there as a walk-in, first of… the only person who greeted me was the ONLY girl busy giving a cut, (by the window), The other 3 people: one was standing looking at his phone, second guy in the middle (bald guy) just sitting on his chair on his phone and not even looking up, last girl at the end cleaning her station. Girl by window and next to guy asked if I had an appointment, I said “no”, then she asked who could take me and none of the other 3 said anything, bald guy didn’t even care to look up and the last girl looked lost. Look, I’m not asking royalty service, but I work at a salon and have done customer service for years; this is unacceptable. My family and some friends just moved to Verona and even though we don’t have many options in the area; I definitely won’t be recommending this place; HORRIBLE! I rather travel somewhere else farther and get a proper customer service!"

"First time costumer. Live in the neighborhood. Had a 7:00 PM appointment, Mark was a little backed up with a walk in before my appointment, but made me aware of the situation which was no big deal. With little description he understood the assignment and gave me a nice clean cut which I’m very happy with. Clean shop with some comfy couches in my new neighborhood and I’ll definitely be back in a couple weeks. Thanks Mark."

"I recently visited this barbershop, and unfortunately, I had the worst haircut ever. The barber did not properly blend the lines, leaving my haircut looking uneven and unsatisfactory. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future."
