"I stopped in today to look for a specific model of a hard to find caliber hunting rifle. I was helped by Jim and he was very personable and helpful from the start. He did some initial research on the computer and didn’t come up with anything, so he took my name & phone number and said he would look into it some more, then get back to me. I honestly didn’t expect to hear back from him for at least a couple of days, but he called me just a couple hours later and told me the gun I was looking for hasn’t been released just yet. He explained everything he did after I left the store and I could tell he did his best before calling. I’m very appreciative of his time and effort today."
