Just make sure everything you want is GOOD before you make the contract my under cabinet light now disappeared after that was the first thing i mentioned but its my fault because i didnt see it when i signed the CONTRACT!!!! otherwise ok Update! Wrong sizing!!!! Got my kitchen yesterday and QUEENIE MESSED UP THE DESIGN.. please hire professionals to design a kitchen!! instead of a 18” cabinet she ordered a 15” now my kitchen would be late for even christmas!! Im very but very mad this wasn't supposed to happened after all the long wait 3 inches gap thanks to not measuring right!"

"BUYER BE AWARE! If you are not afraid of wasting your money go ahead and work with Wren. Otherwise, look somewhere else because they do not take responsibility for their employees or contractors. Here is how my kitchen is looking so far. I have been lied to, gaslighted, and ignored by Wren. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Look at these photos and tell me this is worth almost 7K because that is how much we owe so far for this part of the project. Missing parts, no proper measurements, and miscommunication are just some of the issues I have encountered with this company. After never showing up for installation I had to contact them to figure out what was going on because I needed to have a functional kitchen ASAP, I went to the store to speak to their manager and express my concerns because I don’t have a kitchen to cook properly, my living room is full of boxes, I can’t wash dishes and I keep buying food which is something I was not expected to do because I was told I would have a temporary sink. His response was; Wouldn’t you have to buy food anyway? - I was shocked at this Store manager's response (Bobby), how insensitive and out of touch the response from someone who doesn’t know other people's situations. This is just the peak of the iceberg in this whole mess that started on October 23rd, 2023 and as of today I still have no answers as I keep fighting with them to get my kitchen fix. Such a shame because I had high hopes when I started to work with them."
