"I ordered 23 balloons online (15 latex + 8 piece balloon bouquet) with scheduled pick-up several days in advance of my event. On the day of pick-up, everything was ready to go right on time. Driving home, several latex balloons and 2 balloons from the bouquet popped (it was nearly 100 degrees out and my car AC was not working so it was definitely by my own fault). The next day I went back to the store with the popped balloons and my receipt and the staff was very accommodating and refunded me for the popped balloons without hesitation. So glad I always choose Party City for balloons!!"
